    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    What kind of transport can you arrange for us?

    The answer would be simpler, which transport we cannot provide. In any case, our dispatchers deal with the requirements of our customers in various European destinations, from a single package weighing from 1 kg to complete pallet shipments.

    What information do you need to make a bid?

    In order for our operation to process a quotation for the customer, we always need the most accurate information about the place of loading and unloading, the total weight of the goods, the number and size of pallets. If possible, it is good to indicate the loading date and the required unloading date, which often plays a role in the price.

    Is the goods insured during transport?

    In case of any transport, we insure the goods. If we carry out transport within our trucks, the goods are covered by CMR insurance, which we have concluded with Generali insurance company for all our vehicles.

    Do you provide courier services?

    We do not want to play a company that knows and does everything in the field of transport. Courier services is not an industry where we can compete. In any case, from time to time the customer will be asked to deliver a small shipment to the destination immediately. In this case, we will also collect and deliver this shipment expressly.

    Do you also transport outside the European Union?

    The share of transports is approximately 15% of the total volume of transports. We have a wealth of experience with destinations within Europe that are not part of the European Union.

    Is it possible to afree a fixed transport price in case of long-term cooperation and regularity?

    We try to keep this as far as possible. If we agree with the customer on the price for a particular destination and the shipments are recurring, we prioritize the customer to keep the price in which he was satisfied.

    Do you have spreadsheets?

    On the one hand, yes, on the other, not. We do not have general spreadsheets. Our customer spectrum is diverse. It is not possible to compile one general price list. Some customers have goods on euro pallets, others on non-standard pallets, another group are prefabricates, steel structures and the like.

    Who are your primary customers?

    Our target group is mainly manufacturing and trading companies that have export abroad. Likewise, customers who subsequently do retail trade, in turn, have imports predominantly from abroad in the form of semi-finished products.

    Is it possible to request a quote by phone or only in writing?

    We adhere to the principle of “what is written is given”, this in our company applies not only to the operational department, but to every problem solution at any level of the company hierarchy.

    Are your vehicles equipped with GPS?

    All of our vehicles are equipped with GPS, where we can see its current location, its driving performance or mandatory rest periods.
